I can't recommend Tracy & Riva enough! We had a fairly non-traditional wedding and really wanted to make sure that the photography captured the many details of our ceremony and reception. My husband is a designer, so we had a high standard for what we were looking for and Tracy and Riva really exceeded that goal. They produced over 900 images both in color and black & white, and the photography was a great blend of photojournalism and traditional portraits. They even surprised us with a great photo booth at the wedding! If your looking for creativity and an eye for design, these are definitely the photographers I would choose!

While sitting at my son's baseball game, a friend of mine had the senior picture proofs of her older son. The photos were displayed in a very nice album and there were numerous shots taken, not the typical half dozen or so that many studios offer. Impressed with the work, I asked for the photographer's name and phone number. To my surprise, my friend handed me Tracy's business card that not only contained her contact information, but also the card had a picture of my friend's son on it so I could remember how I was referred. Several months later when my son Kevin entered his senior year, I made an appointment to meet with Tracy to have her take his senior photos. We met at Tracy's studio located in her home in the country and were immediately impressed with Tracy's warm personality and the country atmosphere. We had several shots taken in the studio with various backdrops and moved outside to take advantage of the unique opportunities that life in the country had to offer. Unlike the 'fake' backdrops used in most photography studios, we experienced the real thing with barns, stone walls, and fall foliage down a country road. My son and I had a great time working with Tracy and our family is extremely happy with the numerous proofs that came with the affordable package we purchased. The photos are beautiful....as usual. It is always great to see them on line, but somehow seeing them in the album is different. We were so pleased that you were able to get so many great shots of Emma. It really is a testament to your skill and talent to get so many nice photos when she was so uncooperative. While we didn't get any full out laughing shots, we just love what you got. We even like the really serious ones. You captured so many of her various expressions. These photos are priceless. I'm so glad that we'll have them to cherish. You have to keep doing this! We'll be back again for sure.

We all know the saying, "A picture's worth a thousand words". Well, after seeing our wedding photographs, we are convinced that is a mere understatement. Tracy and Riva presented us with the most wonderful gift of memories that we will cherish forever. We couldn't have asked for better photographers for our wedding. If I got one great piece of advice from my mom about planning our wedding, it was "Get the best photographers. In the end, the photos are what remains." We couldn't have chosen a better pair of photographers for our wedding--not only were the photos beyond our expectations, but our dealings with Tracy and Riva were always so pleasant. They are exactly what you want: creative, professional, clear-headed, and thorough. For example, it sprinkled a bit on our garden wedding and they came up with the idea to have us pose under an umbrella in the garden and it turned out to be one of our favorite photos. At the very end of the reception, a huge rainbow appeared in the sky (no kidding!) and they rushed out with us to capture it before it disappeared. These are just a few examples of how they work excellently as a team--always positive and quick to improvise. Because of Riva and Tracy's brilliant artistic vision, the thrill of our wedding day will be preserved forever. Thank you.

Tracy has been with us from the beginning, from our engagement photos through our wedding day. Riva and Tracy work so well together and their relaxed approach made the entire process enjoyable. On the day of the wedding, Tracy and Riva were there to capture my special moments getting ready before the wedding. Even with a suite full of stylists, bridesmaids & family, Tracy and Riva were able to photograph all of the special moments in a comfortable and unobtrusive way. Our wedding party even commented on the fact that our photographers were so nice and easy to work with throughout the busy day! Our church had strict rules regarding placement of photographers but Riva and Tracy were able to get all the photos we wanted!
